Samuel William Derrick, 58 of Ardmore, Tennessee died on Friday, March 31, 2017, in Ardmore, Tennessee.
Born Saturday, November 1, 1958 in Huntsville, Alabama, he was the son of Kirby S Derrick III and the late Lucy Tipton Derrick. He loved the outdoors.
Surviving are his wife Donna Derrick of Ardmore TN, son, Adam (Michelle) Derrick of Elkmont, AL, daughter, Hannah ( Travis) Hillis of Columbia, TN, brothers, Kirby (Paula) Derrick IV of Gadsden, AL and Mac Derrick of Hazel Green, AL, Grandchildren Eli and Emmet Derrick, and several neices and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, April 3, 2017, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
