Funeral services for were Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Toney Pepper officiating.
Burial was in Moulton Memory Gardens.
Mr. Cartee died Thursday, Aug. 16, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born May. 7, 1945, in Moulton to Russell Cartee and Eula Lansdell Cartee. Mr. Cartee was a truck driver for Manley-Carroll Trucking.
Survivors include one daughter, Tina Hall of Town Creek; five brothers, Paul Cartee of Town Creek, Ronnie Cartee of Decatur, and Dale Cartee, Donnie Cartee and Philip Cartee, all of Moulton; five sisters, Jo Doris Stricklin, Lavinia Wadsworth, Annette Terry and Tina Godwin, all of Moulton, and Linda Workman of South Carolina; and one grandchild.
Pallbearers were Jason Cartee, Jerome Theodore, Michael Glen Allen, Josh Lackey, Chad Cartee, Scottie Terry and Russell McGregor.
