Marion County Searching For Two Escaped Inmates

MARION COUNTY-The Marion County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release on the escape of two inmates from the Marion County Jail on Thursday, March 17:

“Inmates Cory Dean and Zepplin Kennedy escaped from the Marion County Jail at 132 AM on March 17, 2017.

Dean is a 22-year-old white male and charged with burglary 3rd (7 counts),

criminal mischief 3rd, criminal mischief 2nd, arson 2nd, and discharging firearm into unoccupied dwelling.  Kennedy is a 20-year-old white male and charged with possession of pornography (31 counts) and production of pornography with a minor. 

Kennedy was last seen with grey sweatshirt and white pants.  Dean was last seen with grey

Zepplin Kennedy

short sleeve shirt and grey sweatpants.  Subjects are being tracked by Alabama Department of Corrections K-9 Unit along with K-9 units with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
