Lucy Phyllis Hubert, age 86, of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at a local nursing facility. Mrs. Hubert was born December 11, 1930 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Phillip and Margaret Gegenheimer. She is survived by her husband Charles Hubert. No services are planned at this time but will be announced at a later date.
