Mr. James W. “Buddy” Clark, 86, passed away Monday March 6, 2017 at the Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. He was born on April 20, 1930 to James and Allie Clark who preceded him in death along with his sister, Adelene Hicky; brothers, Alvie, Bob and John Clark.
He was a client at Exceptional Enterprises for 30 years and had lived at the Haven of Rest.
He is survied by many nieces and nephews and friends at the center.
Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Friday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Alton Scruggs officiating with burial to follow in the Plainview Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
