Orville Ray Russell, 89, died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont. The service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Russell Cemetery, Belmont. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
