Bobbye Jean Brackin Waddell, 85, passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, at ECM Hospital. Visitation will be from to 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on today at First Baptist Church, Town Creek. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the church with Rick Gilley officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home assisting.
A member of First Baptist Church, Town Creek, Bobbye was preceded in death by her parents, George Fred and Maggie Mae Landers Brackin.
Survivors include her sons, Tommy Waddell (Lisa), Mark Waddell (Deborah), and Scott Waddell (Felecia); granddaughters, Nikki, Rachel, Rose, Rebekah, Madison, Cassidy, and Sienna Waddell; stepgrandchildren, Chase, Carley, and Caitlin Martin; stepgreat-granddaughter, Blakely Butler; and sisters, Wanda “Sus” Sprinkle (Brennon) and Debbie Arndt (Bob).
Pallbearers will be Reggie Sprinkle, Steve Sprinkle, Jerry Sprinkle, James Reed, Chase Martin, Tevin Terrell, Zack York, and Jacob Sprinkle.
