UnaMae Bender, 88, of Glen, MS, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She enjoyed traveling which was evident by her visiting all 50 states. She enjoyed her church activities and fellowships. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Corinth. She also enjoyed reading, cooking, and camping. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by one son, David Bender; two daughters, Becky Howie (Charles) and Barbara Dobbelaire (Jim); her sister in law, Irene Zoller; her grandchildren, James M. Dobbelaire (Bambi), Lawrence Blake (Alecia), Shawna Sims (Jay), Richard Dobbelaire (Sandra), Alisa Koci (Brent), Monica Lawson (Mike), and Autumn Wells (Cole); and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Bender; her parents, Earle Wilson and Gertrude Dristy; her sister, June Dunifer; and a grandchild, Shane Dobbelaire.
