Ida Juanita Byrd, age 95, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, January 06, 2017 at Shoals Hospital.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 08, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Chris Hand and Bro. Johnny Smith. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Byrd; parents, Clint & Etta (Malone) Pounders; siblings, Katherine Scruggs, Sue Holdbrooks, and Donald Pounders.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Anita Coffman (husband, Jimmy); grandchildren, John Coffman (wife, Rhonda), Brad Coffman (wife, Jeannie); 5 step-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Nettie Faye Bendall (husband, John); and several nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be Kenny Herndon, Alan Carpenter, Gary McDowell, James Brown, Barry Stidham, and Dewayne Heath. The honorary pallbearers will be Chris Hand, Pete Hill, Ronald Elledge, and Donald Hatton.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
