Barbara Ellen Franklin, age 72, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, January 06, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired cafeteria worker from E. O. Coffman Middle School, and of the Church of God Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Louisa York Fisher; two brothers, Willie “Bud” Fisher and Meradie Jackson “Tank” Fisher; and two sisters, Georgia Farr and Sedena Fox.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, January 07, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 08, 2017, with Ray Watkins officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
