Buddy Thompson, Jr. 61, passed away Monday, December 26, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo . He was born March 4, 1955 to William “Bud” Thompson and the late Helen UmfressThompson in Wisconsin. He was a member of Open Door Worship Center. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He dedicated his life to raising his children.

Services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday December 29, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Shane Ray officiating. Burial will be in Keyes Cemetery. Visitation will be form 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his father, William “Bud” Thompson of Peaceful Valley, daughter, Sarah (Jim) Brown of Nettleton, son, Tommy Lindsey of Nettleton, 6 grandchildren, 2 Sisters, Doris (John) Gregory of Fulton, Deborah Vanstory of Peaceful Valley, 2 Brothers, Jerry “Red” (Cindy) Thompson of Dorsey, Joey (Sissy) Thompson of Peaceful Valley, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Thompson, who passed away December 5, 2016, mother, Helen Thompson, 2 Brothers, Tommy Thompson, Donnie Thompson, Grandparents, William F. Thompson, and Ida Mae Thompson
Pallbearers will be D.R. Thompson, Aaron Moffett, Josh Vanstory, Danny Rock, Carl Lewis, Michael Parker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Lindsey, William Lindsey, Benson Lindsey, Dakota Lindsey, Connor Brown, Mike Parker.
