Jimmie Brown, 83, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012, in Fairmount, Indiana. She was raised in the Oldham community, and was a member of Iuka Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and enjoyed working with beads, making jewelry, and crocheting. Visitation is scheduled 5 until 9 PM on Saturday, August 18 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday, August 19, 2012, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Shandy Dill. Interment will follow in Snowdown Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jamie Brown, Arno “Red” Gretillat, Curtis Rodabaugh, Shelby Rodabaugh, John Gill, and Brad Thurman. Honorary bearers will be Bill Blanco, Cole Gretillat, Aiden, Trenton, Austin, Brandon, Eric, and Danny Brown; Wyatt, Eric, Evan, and Carson Rodabaugh; and Corbin Statts. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 son – Chris Brown (Pat) of Iuka; 3 daughters – Charlotte Ann Brown (Bob) of Portland, IN; Rhonda Gretillat (Arno “Red”) of Marion, IN; and Peggy Rodabaugh (Raymond) of Fairmont, IN; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and special friends, James “Red” Thornton, and Suzanne, Van, and Allison Woodruff. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Brown; her parents, James and Etta Crouse; and a grandchild, Jimmy.
