TUSCUMBIA-David Reed, State Farm agent located on West 6th Street in Tuscumbia held a ribbon cutting and grand opening on Monday, December 12.  Friends and family , along with the Shoals Chamber were on hand to help with the celebration and ribbon cutting.  Everyone enjoyed the food and open house.

Now a little about State Farm…David Reed, agent:

“In September of 2008, the David Reed State Farm Agency began with the mission to be our customers’ first choice for managing the risks of everyday life and realizing their dreams. Our ultimate goal was to build lasting relationships with our customers and our community. Since that time, our agency has more than doubled in clients trusting us to insure their vehicles, homes, businesses, life and more.

We are proud to continue a strong tradition of State Farm Agents in the downtown Tuscumbia area. Our new location allows us to grow in the future and bring more businesses to Tuscumbia, as well as appreciate the history of this great town. You are standing in what was once CW Hardware Store. By preserving the old and adding some new, we wanted to show our appreciation for this community and the entire Shoals area for many years to come.

Our team has over 40 years combined experience in the insurance industry. David has been associated with State Farm for 17 years. Our team consists of Zach Coffey, Abigail Hood, Pat Brooks, Tiffany Kowal, Amanda Williamson and Hope Reed. Each team member is a valuable piece to our goal of giving remarkable customer service each and every day.

David and his wife, Hope, have been married for 16 years and have three children: Aliee (14), Graham (12) and Addison (9). David believes that success not only comes from hard work, but also from relationships built on trust, family and faith. Thank you for joining us on this special day! ”
