A memorial service for Joyce Barbara O’Neil, 59, will be Friday, November 18, 2016 at 11:00 AM at McKendree United Methodist Church, Peck Funeral Home directing.
Ms. O’Neil died on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at her residence. She was born August 2, 1957, in Arcadia California to Vaughn and Carolyn Aycock Besnyl. Ms. O’Neil was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her father.
