Phillip D Howell, age 47, of Muncie, IN died unexpectedly Sunday, August 5, 2012 at I U Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.
Phillip was born on May 13, 1965 in Muncie, IN, to Charles and Betty Martin Howell. He graduated from Yorktown High School and resided in Muncie and Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Betty and a step-sister, Valerie Lechein.
He is survived by his Step-Mother, Sandra Howell of Muncie, IN, one sister, Pamela Hardesty of Brazil, IN and her children; three step-brothers, Trent Cross (Patricia) of Dunkirk, IN, Martin Cross of Beaumont, TX, Rodney Cross of Muncie, IN and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
