SONY DSCTUSCUMBIA-Patrons of a popular Tuscumbia restaurant can win $100 for celebrating October Beef Month.

OH! Bryan’s Family Steak House, 200 S. Main St., Tuscumbia, has been chosen as stop number one on the Alabama Steak Trail. The 12 restaurants on the trail, which stretches from the Shoals to the Florida line, were selected by the Montgomery-based Alabama Cattlemen’s Association. OH! Bryan’s in Tuscumbia is the only northwest Alabama restaurant on the trail.

During October, diners at the Steak Trail restaurants who snap a photograph of a steak on their plate and share it on the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association Facebook Page with the hashtag #ALSteakTrail, will be entered into weekly drawing for a $100 gift card.

Lisa Pace, an owner of OH Bryan’s Family Steakhouse in Tuscumbia, is thrilled it was selected for the Alabama Steak Trail. She said the October Beef Month contest has created lots of excitement and many diners have been sharing photographs of their steak with the Cattlemen’s Association. She said the contest promotes awareness of the restaurant, the Cattlemen’s Association and the importance of the beef industry in Alabama.

OH! Bryan’s Family Steakhouse, Tuscumbia, is a longtime supporter of Alabama’s Cattlemen’s Association efforts to promote beef. In 2015 OH! Bryan’s was a finalist in the Cattlemen’s Association’s Best Steak in Alabama contest.
