Billy Dean Frazier, age 78, of Greentown, IN, formerly of Leoma, TN, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016 at his daughter’s residence. He was born November 11, 1937 in Lawrence County, TN to William Estel and Ruby Leona Frazier and married Freda Shultz Frazier on March 18, 1961. He was a graduate of Lawrence County High School, a member of Mimosa Lodge #542, Cahaba Shrine in Huntsville, AL, and American Legion Post 146. Mr. Frazier served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1953 until 1958.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son and daughter-in-law, Greg and LeeAnn Frazier; and one brother, Bobby Frazier.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, October 01, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Memorial service will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 01, 2016 with military honors.
