Max E. Frakes was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include: Wife- Mary Tom Frakes of Saint Joseph, TN; 3 Sons- Scott Frakes & wife Chris of Loretto, TN; Jamie Frakes & wife Tunara of Wichita, KS; Eric Frakes of Loretto, TN; 2 Daughters- Alisa Frakes Walls & husband Tommy of Campellville, TN; Christi Frakes Doerflinger of Saint Joseph, TN; 3 Sisters- Helen Frakes Clayton of Lawrenceburg, TN; Charlotte Frakes of Lawrenceburg, TN; Glynn Pettus of Charleston, SC; 8 Grandchildren; Preceded in death by: Parents- Elmer & Lorene Kelso Frakes; Brothers- Marshall & Charles “Pete” Frakes.
Visitation- 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service- 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Scott Frakes & Marty Frakes officiating. Burial to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
