HAMILTON-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a traffic fatality near Vernon, Alabama on Thursday, August 25:
” A single-vehicle crash at 5:10 p.m. today, Aug. 25, has claimed the life of a Vernon man.
Jason Lee Locke, 29, was killed when the 2007 Jeep Wrangler he was driving left the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned. Locke, who was not using a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred on Lamar County 9, seven miles west of Vernon. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
