Cleo Neill Webb – Obituary

Cleo-Webb-1469549336Cleo Neill Webb departed this life on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at the age of 85 years, 4 months, 25 days. She was born in Savannah, Tennessee on March 1, 1931, the daughter of the late Hardin and Kate Hulen Neill. On July 5, 1950, she was united in marriage to Riley Fred (R. F.) Webb, who preceded her in death on February 22, 1992.

Cleo had lived in the Burnt Church and Olivet Communities in Hardin County. She was a member of the Double Springs Baptist Church. Cleo had worked for Hardin County Convenience Center and Brown Shoe Company in Trials and Samples. She loved her family and friends, and she was loved by everyone that met her. Cleo was known for always putting everyone else first and was absolutely one of the best people that ever walked on the face of the earth.

She is survived by her children, Janice Webb and Freddy Webb and his wife, Sheila all of Savannah, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Nicole Godwin Line, Brent Webb, Hunter Webb, Tyler Webb, and Bobby Godwin; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn Line, Hattie Line, and Jaxon Line.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Katherine Neill, Grace Young, Sara Margaret Rich, and Velma Robinson; and her brothers, Hardin Neill, Jr. and Richard Neill.
