Delores Powell, age 80, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired Church Secretary, and an artist. She was a member of Meadow View Baptist Church, and a Charter Member of the Lawrence County Arts Commission.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Opal Baxter Price; her husband, Cleo Powell; one son, Rex Anthony Powell; one sister, Darlene Ogden; and two brothers, Wayne Price and Joe Price.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:30 PM Tuesday, June 28, 2016, with Charles Gresham and Jimmy Nave officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
