Huntsville Police Investigating Shooting Death Of 19-Year-Old Man

HUNTSVILLE-The Huntsville Police Department is conducting a murder investigation in a shooting death that took place earlier today, May 28:

“The Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating a murder in the 4200 block of Patton Road that occurred around 10:20 a.m. today.
Officers responded to a call of a shooting victim in a parking lot, and when they arrived they found 19-year-old Dominique Hereford on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Hereford was transported to Huntsville Hospital where he died a short time later. At this time no one is in custody and the investigation is ongoing.”
