Three Pot Meth Lab Found…Suspect Arrested

HARTSELLE-Morgan County Sheriff Ana Franklin released a statement on the arrest of a suspect for the Manufacture of a Controlled Substance:

“Monday evening, May 2nd 2016, Larry Alan Kube (W/M) of Hartselle was arrested for Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Substance 1st- Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Morgan County Drug Task Force Agents executed a search warrant Monday evening on Kube’s residence after Patrol Deputies located Meth making materials outside the residence while investigating a Domestic Disturbance and notified Task Force Agents.
Agents seized three One-Pot Meth Labs along with Trafficking amounts of Methamphetamine, as well as other Meth making items.
Larry Alan Kube was arrested and decontaminated by Oak Ridge VFD then transported to the Morgan County Jail where he was booked with a $100,000 bond.”
