The Ritz And Center Stage Theatre Present ‘Mama Won’t Fly’

Untitled-1SHEFFIELD-The Ritz and The Tennessee Valley Art Association’s CenterStage Theatre present ‘Mama Won’t Fly’ a funny play about family written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten. Times for the event are April 28 through April 30, May 5 and 6 Tickets are $12.50 for adults and $8.00 for students.

The play will be directed by Laura Connolly and Andrew Maples.  A shot synopsis …. A race against the clock begins when Savannah Sprunt Fairchild Honeycutt agrees to get her feisty mother all the way from Alabama to California in time for her brother’s wedding. Savannah’s problem: Mama won’t fly. With only four days to make it to the ceremony, the determined daughter has no choice but to drive cross-country with her equally willful mother. This ferociously funny, family friendly Jones-Hope-Wooten comedy will have audiences laughing their way across the country and all the way down the aisle!
