Carol Monts King, 62, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at her daughter’s residence. She was born in Lineville, AL on April 10, 1953 to the late Ray Harris and Doris Hallmark Harris and graduated in 1972 from Biggersville High School. Carol obtained her LPN degree from Northeast Mississippi Community College and served for several years at Whitfield Nursing Home. Visitation is scheduled from 12-2 PM Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Carol’s life will be held on Sunday, January 24 , 2016 at 2 PM at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Danny Beavers. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery . Magnolia Funeral Home is caring for the family. Those left to honor Carol’s memory include her mother: Doris Hallmark Harris of Lineville, AL; three sons: Mark Burcham, Josh Burcham and wife Amanda, and Russell Burcham and wife Brittany all of Corinth, MS; two daughters: FeLesa Williams and husband Brian and Samantha Willingham and husband Jon all of Corinth, MS; 14 precious grandchildren: Brandon Jacobs, Christian Burcham, Jessica Jacobs, Hailey Jacobs, Bradley Burcham, Jacob Burcham, Aly Thomas, Danielle Burcham, Briley Willingham, Braxton Willingham, Brittney Willingham, Caleb Burcham, Easton Burcham and Britton Willingham; her brother: Doyle Harris of Pontotoc, MS; two sisters: Jan Harris Summerlin and husband Gary of Sylvester, GA formerly of Corinth, and Dee “DeeDee” Harris Hall and husband David of Tupelo, MS; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
