Joseph “Joe” B. Bradley, age 87, Russellville, AL passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Russellville Healthcare. The visitation will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 12-2 pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, prior to the 2 pm funeral service in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Larry Dover & Bro. Billy George Edward officiating, followed by military honors. Interment will be in Orange Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Chaz Ferguson, Alex Ferguson, Jeremy Bradley, James Maschmeier, JP Creekmore, & Darryl Smith.
He was preceded in death by parents, James & Roxie Ann Bradley; siblings, Cliff, Fred, John, Jay, Ruth & Orpha.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Opal Bradley; children, Larry Bradley, Nancy (Charlie) Ferguson, David (Dianne) Bradley; 8 grandchildren, Anita Lightner, Beth (James) Maschmeier, Chaz Ferguson, Mallory (Donny) Winske, Sarah Ferguson, Alex Ferguson, Jeremy Bradley, & Tiffany Bradley; 8 great grandchildren, Jessie Bradley, Brianna Maschmeier, Jayson Maschmeier, Christian Winske, Mason Winske, Mackenzie Winske, Landon Winske, & Payton Winske; a host of nieces & nephews.
He was a member of Waco Baptist Church. He was a WWII Navy veteran and a retired truck driver.
