Ronald-Lumpkin-1440942229Ronald C. Lumpkin, 55 of Arab died Saturday, August 29, 2015 in H.M.C. Shepherd’s Cove, Albertville.

Mr. Lumpkin was born October 5, 1959 in Etowah County, the son of Ronald C. and Sarah A. England Lumpkin. He was a carpenter and formerly of Birmingham. He attended Liberty Church and has called Arab his home for the past 2 years.

He is survived by a son: Brandon D. Lumpkin (Bama Nicole); four grandchildren: Lacey Lumpkin, Anthony Lumpkin, Taelyer Reeves and Summer Campbell; a sister: Judy Teague and preceded in death by his parents: Ronald and Sarah Lumpkin and two sisters: Charlotte Taylor and Patricia Thomas.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, Brother Keith Hodges, officiating. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery, Gadsden, Alabama, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.

Pallbearers will be Brian Brown, Cory Cheek, Bryan Cockefur, Joey Knepper, Larry Knepper and Rocky Knepper.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.

In Lieu-of-Flowers the family has requested memorial donations in memory of Ronald be made to Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
