Funeral for Blair David Terry, 54, of Moulton will be Friday, April 3, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Fair Haven Church of Christ with Calvin Jones officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Terry, who died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital, was born September 30, 1960, in Lawrence County to Billy D. Terry and Sarah Terry. He was a crew leader at International Paper. He was a member of Fair Haven Church of Christ. His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Owens Terry; three sons, Weston Terry (Rachel), Blaine Terry and Luke Terry; two brothers, Tony Terry (Judy) and Daryl Terry (Belinda); and one sister, Celia Terry Minskey.
Pallbearers will be Scott McCombs, Stacy McCombs, Shawn McCombs, Dustin Morgan, Todd Thompson and Nick Nicholson.
