Mozell Hardin was born February 27, 1920 in McNairy County, TN, the daughter of the late M. C. Tacker and Hester Williams Tacker.
Mrs. Hardin was Baptist on faith. She worked approximately 20 years for Garan Manufacturing before retiring and enjoyed working there. She also enjoyed life, cooking, listening to gospel music on the radio and loved her family.
Mrs. Hardin departed this life on March 28, 2015 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 95 Years, 1 Month, 2 Days.
She is survived by a daughter, Ann Hodges and husband Bobby; a son, Rickey Hardin and wife Rose all of Adamsville, TN; a sister, Ruby Murlene Givens of Saint Louis, MO; six grandchildren: Randy Wilkins, B. K. Hardin, Valerie Alexander, Chad Hardin, Stacey Brewer and Jimmy Hardin; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hardin was preceded in death by her husband, J. R. Hardin, who passed away on November 6, 1964; a daughter, Sue Wilkins; two sons, Jerry Hardin and Ronnie Hardin; a granddaughter, Patti White; four sisters; and three brothers.
