Do You Know This Woman?

RUSSELLVILLE-Then Russellville Police are looking for a woman who is suspected of taking a cell phone from another shopper on Monday, March 2nd.  The theft took place from a Wal-mart store in the area.  the cell phone is valued at more than $500.00 and the theft is considered a felony.
