William J. (Billy) Cundiff age 71, died at his home in Hazel Green, AL on March 2, 2015 after a long battle with lung cancer. Billy was born October 30, 1943 in Cecilia, KY. He lived most of his life in Tuscaloosa, AL and the last few years in Hazel Green, AL. He worked in the concrete business most of his life until retiring in 2010. Billy was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years Brenda S. Cundiff; his parents Wavy and Hazel Cundiff and three brothers: Richard, Benjamin and Bud Cundiff Survivors include two sons: Harold Cundiff and Leon Cundiff; three daughters: Bonnie Eastman, Connie Cundiff and Jean George; three sisters: Betty McKinney, Mary Miklautsh and Frances Sue Embry; four brothers: Jimmy, Charlie, Roy and Wayne Cundiff; fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Dad loved his family most in life and cherished all the small moments in life. Dad we love you so much and wish peace for you in your journey with the Lord. A Celebration of Life Service service will be held at New Life Fellowship, 8800 AL Hwy 75, Pinson, AL 35126 Saturday, 03/07/2015, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Wren officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home of Huntsville, AL is assisting the family.
