David Lee Hicks Hall, age 74, of Muscle Shoals, formerly of Birmingham, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014. A private service will be held at a later date and burial will be in Forrest Hills Cemetery, Birmingham.
He is survived by his daughter, Mischa S. Bishop and husband, Brad, and grandchildren, Brant, Kendall, and Will.
David’s family expresses a heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Cypress Cove and North Alabama Hospice for the care of our father and grandfather.
