FLORENCE-The Florence-Lauderdale Public Library is starting 2015 off with lots of fun and informative events.  Here is just a sample of what to expect from FLPL in the coming year.

December 24-28, January 1
The library, the book drop, Bookmarks Coffee Shop, and the Friends Bookstore will be closed Wednesday, December 24-Sunday, December 28 for Christmas. They will also be closed Thursday, January 1 for New Year’s Day. No items will be due on these days.healthcare marketplaceHealthcare Marketplace Help
Every other Tuesday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm (December 30, January 13, January 27, February 10)
Computer Lab on the 2nd floor
Open Enrollment for the healthcare marketplace began November 15. Get your questions answered and get help signing up at the library. Cathy Rice will be hosting assistance sessions on every other Tuesday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm through February 10. These sessions are free, and no registration is required. Join film buff and stand-up comic Duell Aldridge for a screening of Best in Show. This cult comedy classic is directed by Christopher Guest and starts Fred Willard, Eugene Levy, and Catherine O’Hara.
