dennisDennis Hutcherson, 63, died suddenly Saturday, November 22, 2014, at his home. He was born October 30, 1951 in Columbus to Alton Dennis and Sarah Virginia Hutcherson. He graduated from Mooreville High School in 1970 and attended IJC where he took classes in Mechanical and Electrical Maintance. He worked for Super Sagless for many years before going to work for Stylelander/Leggett and Platt in 1987 and worked there until he became disabled in 2012. He served in the MS National Guard for four years. His hobbies included old cars, drag racing, hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Ole Miss Rebels.

Graveside services for family and close friends will be 11 AM Wednesday at Eggville Cemetery with Bro. Leon Willis officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Teresa Brock Hutcherson of Eggville; his children, Shane Hutcherson, Trent Hutcherson (Tami) and Dylan Hutcherson (Erica) all of Eggville; his granddaughters, Kylee, Marley and McKenna; his sister, Tina Wilburn; his nieces, Tasha Dozier and Lacee Hall (Chris); his great-nieces, Madison and Rosalyn Hall.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-dad, Quinnon Phillips and a nephew, Lowry Dozier.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Wilburn, Jerry Roberts, Carl Wayne Lofton, Ted Wood, Kenny Hankins and Wesley Hopkins. Honorary Pallbearers will be D.W. Hopkins, Roy Montgomery, Paul Smith, Tim Brock, Mike Hartline, William Leslie, Larry Crosby, Billy Joe Cox, Bruce Roberts and Steve Curtis.

Visitation will be 5 – 8 Tuesday.
