Joan Crawford, 82, of Bolivar, TN
Mrs. Crawford passed away Friday afternoon, July 25, 2014, at Maplewood Healthcare in Jackson, TN. COMPLETE ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 11:00 AM ON SATURDAY, JULY 26,2014.
Mrs. Crawford was born in Hefford, Texas, the daughter of the late Richmond Earnest and Beulah Powell Colwell. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Aberdeen Christian College and on August 15, 1952 was united in marriage to Mr. William Henry “Bill” Crawford. She and her husband lived in Memphis for 34 years before moving to Bolivar in 1986. Mrs. Crawford was a long-time faithful member of the Bolivar Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband, she leave two sons, Rick Crawford of Memphis and Phil Crawford of Marion, NC; 3 sisters, Mignon Shelly of Middleton, Barbara Naylor of Henderson and Amanda Pillstrom of Rogers, Arkansas; and four grandchldren
