Two Arrested On Suspicion Of Controlled Substance Crimes

meth lab 1MORGAN COUNTY-Yet another meth lab gone due to the good works of the Morgan County Drug Task Force Agents.   Here is how the meth lab was discovered and how two were arrested for Attempt to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime and Felony Possession of Drug Parapherenalia according to Morgan County Sheriff Ana Franklin:

“Thursday, July 10th, 2014, Morgan County Drug Task Force Agents, along with Priceville Police, executed a narcotics search warrant at 133 Davis St. in Priceville. Agents had received complaints that Daniel Ross Dugger, 33, was possibly cooking methamphetamine in his home. Agents executed the search warrant and meth lab 2discovered Dugger and Jonathan Calvin Nolen, 23, in the home. Nolen had a syringe in his hand when agents went in. Agents discovered several precursor items in the residence that were consistent with the manufacturing process. Agents discovered an HCL gas generator, Coleman Fuel, acid, lithium batteries, coffee filters, and a burnt blister pack from a box of cold medicine. Agents discovered that the subjects had disposed of the meth lab prior to agents arrival. Agents charged Daniel Ross Dugger and Jonathan Calvin Nolen with Attempt to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both subjects were taken to the Morgan County Jail with a bond total set at $40,000.00 each by Judge Howell. Both were currently out on bond from meth related charges. Bond revocation will be forthcoming.”
