HARTSELLE-A Hartselle man was arrested on Thursday, June 26, 2014 on charges of Possession of Child Poronography. Here is how Sheriff Ana Franklin describes the arrest:
“The Morgan County Special Victims Unit Investigators, Sgt. Pete Taylor and Investigator Charles Radke arrested Mr. Bret Andrew Bradford, W/M, 42 years old, of 472 Natural Bridge Road, Hartselle, Alabama, on June 26, 2014.
Mr. Bradford was charged with Possession of Child Pornography, which is a Class C Felony. Morgan County Investigator’s were assisted in a search warrant with Cathy Davis, Criminal Investigator with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, (ICAC) from Madison County.
Several items of evidence were seized from the home for further forensic examination.
Mr. Bret Andrew Bradford was placed under arrest and remains in the Morgan County jail with his bond yet to be determined.”
