Elizabeth Crump McGee, 71, of Huntsville passed away Thursday, May 22. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Helen Crump and her brother, Bob Crump. For many years, she was an active member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church and her community, Monte Sano.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, James Patrick McGee; daughters, Lisa Rigsby and husband, Ben, of Hoover, AL, Laura Wren and husband, Brent of Huntsville, Emily Langan and husband, Clark of Spanish Fort, AL, Jennie Otto of Huntsville, and Jessica McGee of Mobile; eight grandchildren, Emma, Sam, Ellie, Emerson, Abbie, James, Owen and Andrew; and brother, William Crump and wife, Ginny.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday May 27, 2014 in the Chapel at St. Stephens Episcopal Church and the funeral service will immediately follow in the sanctuary with Reverend Susan Sloan officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to St. Stephens Episcopal Church at 8020 Whitesburg Drive SW Huntsville, AL 35802.
