Emery Wade Six
TUSCUMBIA-The Colbert County Sheriff’s Office charged a Leighton, Alabama man with Adult Criminal Sex Offender Residence Location. Here is how The Sheriff’s Office describes the charges and arrest:
“Emery Wade Six, age 35, of 1289 B Hwy 157, Leighton, Al has been charged with Adult Criminal Sex Offender Residence Location. Bond set at $10,000. Subject out of Jail on bond.
On 4-7-14 Deputies got a call from the Colbert County DHR in reference to a known sex offender named Emery Wade Six.The Deputies were advised that Six was living with children at 1289 B Hwy 157 Leighton, Al. Because of his original charge of Sexual Abuse 1st degree of a child under the age of 12 years, he is not allowed to live with children even his own. This conviction was in Franklin County. The information was that the children’s Mother dropped them off at Six’s house approximately 3 weeks before. Six is the Father of the two children.”
