Aileen Moore – Obituary

Aileen Moore, 88, died Thursday, March 13, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Shannon to Tom E. and Myrtle Lee Phillips Moore. She was a longtime resident of Okolona where she worked as a seamstress at Delta Manufacturing. She later moved to Corinth and was a member of Tate Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and visiting with friends and family.

Services will be 2 pm Saturday at the Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with her nephew, Rev. James (Bo) Moore, officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth Reeves (Charlie) of Pontotoc and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Wayne Finn; 4 brothers, Dowell, Murle, Harvey, and Jim Moore; and a sister, Tahnell Edge

Visitation will be noon until service time at the funeral home.
