Judy Carol Kelley was born April 5, 1954 in Decatur, Alabama to the late Richard Isaac and Irene Hamby Kelley. She departed this life peacefully at her residence on February 6, 2014 in Somerville, Alabama. She attended the Decatur City Schools and was a homemaker. She was a strong hearted country girl who truly adored and loved her children.
She is survived by: her husband, David L. Powell; two children, Daryl and Tabitha Powell; two grandchildren, Ryan Nathaniel Powell and Barbara Michelle Powell all of Somerville, Alabama.
The family will conduct a memorial service at a later date.
