Funeral services for Joanna Lee Cunningham, 82, of Priceville will be Tuesday January 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Mike Rhodes officiating. Burial will be at Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday January 27, 2014 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Cunningham went home to be with the Lord Friday January 24, 2014 at home after a long battle with cancer. She was born March 20, 1931, to Charles and Perlina Webb. She was a devoted member of Priceville Church of Christ, a member of Priceville Civitans, Somerville Civitans, and Red Hat Club. She retired from thirty years as manager of Point Mallard Park. She loved her years at the park and left an indelible impression on all those who worked with her. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her husband; Douglas Levern Cunningham, sister; Jean Thaxton and brother; Edward Webb. Survivors include her son; C.D. Cunningham and wife Jan of Decatur, daughter; Perlina Bell Williams of Arley, four grandchildren; Johnny Goode and wife Rebecca of Denver Colorado, Judson Donald Williams and wife Candace of Muscle Shoals, John Douglas Williams and wife Stephanie of Benton, Arkansas, Joshua Daniel Williams and wife Debbie of Dothan, Alabama, three great-grandchildren; Johnny Goode IV, Ken Robert Williams, and Okleigh Belle Williams. A host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Pallbearers will be Bill Hughes, Will Hughes, Bob Dickinson, Henry Speegle, Phillip Lowery and Easton Moses.
