Brooks Johnson, age 87 of Pulaski, passed away Sunday December 29, 2013 at Pulaski NHC.
Mr. Johnson was born December 5, 1926 in Huntsville, Alabama to Benjamin Monroe and Jimmie Gattis Johnson. He was owner operator of Brooks Auto Repair and preceded in death by his parents, his wife Wilma Barlar Johnson, sisters Dorothy Myers, Mildred Owens and brother Ben Johnson.
Visitation will be Monday December 30, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday December 31, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pulaski Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 922 East College Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.
Survivors include son Derek Johnson and wife Beverly of Pulaski, daughter Sharon Johnson and husband Ben of Pulaski, brother Edward Johnson of Rose Hill, sister Wilba Lee Featherstone of Ethridge, Helen Kilgo of Lawrenceburg, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family with local arrangements.
