MUSCLE SHOALS – Tuesday evening, The Alabama Music Hall of Fame showcased Holiday music with songs by “Shoals Sisters”, Cindy Walker and Marie Lewey. The artists were joined on stage by Will McFarlane, Mickey Buckins, Chad Burdine, Donnie Carpenter and Mike Walker.
The staff of the Hall of Fame worked really hard to make the facility look great. Our friend Dick Cooper, Museum Curator, was walking through the exhibits like a proud father, and Manager Dixie Connell was radiant as she welcomed the guests at the beginning of each show. The entire staff received numerous congratulations from guests for their hard work.
The music was excellent. And the audience for the two shows seemed to truly appreciate the fact that the Alabama Music Hall of Fame is open once again.
