George Leslie Kennamore, 48, of Middleton, passed away Sunday morning, December 1, 2013 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The son of R.C. Kennamore, who preceded him in death, and Sue McKelvey Kennamore of Middleton, he worked as a carpenter for Kennamore Construction. He was born March 13, 1965 in Ripley, Mississippi and lived all of his life here. He loved to hunt squirrell and deer and enjoyed fishing. Mr. Kennamore was a member of the church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Niki Sue Kennamore of Booneville, MS; a son, Jessie James Porterfield of Pocahontas; his mother, Sue Kennamore of Middleton; a sister, Jane Vaughan of Middleton; and a brother, Carl Kennamore of Middleton. The family requests memorials be sent to the South Middleton church of Christ.
