Funeral service for Gladys Clemons, 84, will be Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie Brown and Rev. Richard Cassis officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Powell’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Ms. Clemon’s Saviour called her home on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born September 19, 1929, in Cullman County to Farris Knox and Cora Lee Brewer Knox. She was a member of West End United Methodist Church. She once partnered with her son, to own her own Wagon Wheel Light Company. She was retired from Cerro Wire in the Tool Crib. She loved to travel, enjoyed reading, actions movies and family gatherings, especially for her birthday. She was preceded in death by a brother: Roy Knox and her parents.
