Warrant at the residence of Kevin William Wallace located at 910 Main St. West Hartselle, Al. Drug Task Force Agents had been receiving numerous complaints about the volume of traffic and that possible drug activity was going on at the residence. Agents after a several week long investigation obtained a Search Warrant for the residence, which was executed with the assistance of the Hartselle Police Department along with the Morgan County DA’s Office. Agents made contact with 8 individuals at the residence and located a variety of prescription medications, Marijuana, large quantity of Pseudoephedrine and drug paraphernalia items such as hypodermic syringes and digital scales. Agents located a shotgun as well as Military Ordinance that was seized by the ATF ( Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms ). Agents also located a three year old living in the residence with father Corey Thomson. Agents located Methamphetamine, Marijuana and drug paraphernalia items in close proximity were three year old child was sleeping at time of execution of Search Warrant. Morgan County DHR was contacted and three year old child was released into the custody of Mother – pending further investigation. All 8 subjects were arrested and transported to the Morgan County Jail.

Bond set at $18,100.00.Tanner Stewart Phillips (w/m 19) was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. Bond set at $300.00.

Gearad Brayden Seals (w/m 19) was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. Bond set at $300.00.

Anthony James Brown (w/m 29) was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. Bond set at $300.00.

Nicholas Kyle Walls (w/m (18) was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. Bond set at $300.00.

Kaysi McCulloch (w/f 19) was charged with Loitering in a Drug House and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree. Bond set at $600.00.

Madison Widner (w/f 19) was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. Bond set at $300.00.

Corey Dewayne Thomson (w/m 28) was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Drug Endangerment of a Child. Bond set at $5,600.00.

That’s all they found? Lame excuse for the use of all those officers and more importantly the use of all that tax money…wasted. 2 marijuana buds the size of 2 pieces of popcorn. Was that a whole $80 in cash y’all found?? Wow what a huge operation. Great job Morgan County and Hartselle Police.. You make Law enforcement look like a joke. I am an officer in a neighboring county. This is not you first embarrassment. The child had nothing to do with obtaining the warrant. And bringing the child to the mother who didn’t have her child in the first place? Yeah I bet the child is way better off…. Not really… It was stated that the child was found after the warrant was served. Whoever headed this investigation up isn’t a mental giant for sure.
