MUSCLE SHOALS – What can we say about Wayne Chaney? Where do we begin? This guy has been an instrument of talent and creativity in Muscle Shoals Music for the better part of five decades. And, no… He doesn’t age. He gets more seasoned.
Wayne was Stage Manager at the Muscle Shoals Sessions performance in Birmingham last week. But he tied the ribbon on an excellent show, by coming forward to perform a few tunes of his own, The Quad-Cities Daily film team was on hand to cover the event. The cut we present here is Wayne performing “Hell and High Water”, made famous by his friend T. Graham Brown.
