Funeral services for Ms. Carra Nell Holland, age 91, are scheduled for 11 am Monday, September 30, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Sardis with Sister Irene Chandler officiating, burial will follow in the Sardis Cemetery. Ms. Holland passed away Saturday at her home. She was born in Milledgeville, Tn. to the late Charles and Martha Short Martin. She was a member of the Sardis First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by husband-William F. “Tommy” Holland,one son Stephen Holland and seven brothers. Survivors include -one son Richard Holland (Georgette), two grandchildren-Brad Holland, and Cristy Pettay (Patrick), and two great grandchildren-Gage Holland and Cooper Pettay.
