Villard “Ring Eye” Leo Ray, 91, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
